IDENTITY VALIDATION
By checking the identity validation box and using the service, you hereby confirm, under the penalty of perjury (lying under oath) that your are:

  • at least 18 years old
  • at least between 7 to 17 years old and have the consent of a parent or a legal guardian.

REGISTRATION AND USAGE
  • By registering at Salvacion Farms website, you hereby agree to the following:
  • You will not share your username and password to anybody.
  • You will not use anybody's username and password when logging into the online service.
  • You will not use or manipulate the codes of the website for malicious purposes that can cause financial and psychological harm to any person.
  • You will not use the site to do malicious activities such as but not limited to fraudulent use of credit cards, PayPal or Gcash accounts or something similar.
  • You are required to read and understand the privacy policy of this website.
  • We will not be held liable for any damages, financial or physical from the information downloaded from our website.
  • You shall not use the SHARE functions of the website to send spam information to other websites and social media sites.
  • You agree not to hold Salvacion Farms, its owners and its personnel responsible for any negative effects to your business or personal life brought by the abuse or misuse of the online service.
  • You agree that you are not using the website to generate fake accounts.
  • You agree that you will provide only correct and truthful information in your profile.
  • You cannot transfer the ownership of your online account to any person or entity.
  • The webmaster reserves the right to terminate your access rights to the website and disconnect your account without any prior notice if your actions or effects of your actions clearly present a clear violation of the guidelines.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES
  • Services are provided as-is, as available basis. There is no warranty expressed or implied.
  • The website shall not be responsible for any damages arising from the customer's use of the online service or by the customer's inability to use the online service. The website shall not be liable to the customer for any special , incidental or consequential damages whether or not the website owner has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • In no event shall Salvacion Farms' cumulative liability exceed an amount greater than the products purchased by the customer.

SERVICE UPTIME
  • The online website's servers are designed to be accessible from the Internet 99.9% of the time. The uptime level excludes scheduled maintenance which we try to minimize and perform during off-peak hours.
  • There is no service guarantee with regard to the speed of the loading of our webpages as there are many external factors that affect the user's access speed which we cannot control or manage.

SERVICE AND WEBSITE CHANGES
  • Kontakme (our web developer) reserves the right change its website layout, prices, terms and conditions, and privacy policy without any prior notice. We will inform registered users via email.

BILLING
  • The user account is offered free of charge and does not require any payment to maintain it.

PICK-UP / DELIVERY
  • The recipient/buyer who is picking up the product is responsible for the cost of the pick-up if done through a pick-up/delivery service (e.g. Lalamove, Grab, Panda, etc.).
  • Orders for pick-up that are not claimed after 2 days will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded minus the administrative cost being charged in GCash when transferring money.
  • Delivery can be pre-arranged where available. Cost of delivery will be added and will be included in the payment request.
  • The client must provide a valid delivery address. If it is not in Google Map, we reserve the right to reject the delivery.
  • Delivery is within the premises of Silay City Proper that is reachable by public transport and in La Castellana City proper.
  • Dates of delivery and pick-up may change depending on weather, and road conditions.

ORDER CANCELLATION
  • You can cancel an order if you have not paid for it yet. The request for order cancellation should be emailed to info@salvacionfarms.com.
  • Orders that are not paid within 2 days upon receipt of the payment request from Salvacion Farms are automatically cancelled.

PRODUCT DEFECTS AND EXCHANGE
  • Defective products (that may contain molds, and too much dirt can be sent back for replacement with a similar product within 1 week after the product has been received. Provide the order number that can be found in your digital receipt when filing a product exchange. Please note that we may not be able to replace it immediately if there is no stock available in the warehouse. We will inform you immediately once we restock.
  • Products that got wet at the premises of the owner are not eligible for replacement.

REFUNDS
  • All sales are final after we receive the payment. The reason why we cannot refund or cancel an order after the payment confirmation has been received, it is because once we start preparing the items to be packed, we are already incurring costs for the preparations and logistics and we cannot stop the process of preparation once it has commenced. See ORDER CANCELLATION.
  • Where refund is applicable, we will only refund via GCash to the GCash mobile number that was used to pay for the product item.
TRADEMARK
  • The Salvacion Farms logo is a service mark of Kontakme LLC.
  • Kontakme LLC handles in part, the development of Salvacion Farms' online presence .
